Worldwide Shipping
We ship internationally, and all orders are trackable via your country’s national postal service (e.g., United States Postal Service, Royal Mail, Canada Post, Australia Post, New Zealand Post).
Lost or Delayed Packages
If you haven’t received your item within 8 weeks and provided correct shipping information at checkout, we will gladly reship your order at no additional cost. Please ensure your shipping details are correct to avoid issues, as we are not responsible for packages undeliverable due to incorrect addresses or packages stolen after confirmed delivery.
International Orders
For international shipments:
- We are not responsible for any customs duties, tariffs, taxes, or government fees.
- We are not liable for delays or losses due to customs, local postal service issues, weather events, public holidays, or other circumstances.
