Return Policy
We want every customer to be thrilled with their purchase from Optimistic Gifts Co. But if something isn’t what you expected, we make returns easy and worry-free.

Holiday Season Orders
Orders placed between November 1, 2025, and December 31, 2025 are eligible for return requests submitted through our self-service return portal by January 31, 2026.

Return Window
All other orders may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date using our self-service return portal.
To qualify, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Return Shipping
We gladly accept returns for any reason; however, the return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility.  The cost of return shipping will simply be deducted from your refund. Once you submit your return request, we’ll send you a pre-paid return shipping label through our return portal — simply repackage your return in the original packaging and mail it via the United States Postal Service (USPS).

How to Request a Return

  1. Log in to your Customer Account [HERE] within the applicable return window.

  2. Select the item(s) you’d like to return.

  3. Print your pre-paid return label.

  4. Pack your item securely in its original box and packaging.

  5. Attach the label and ship it back — easy as that.

Exchanges
Want a different item instead? Just follow the return steps above, and once your return is processed, you can place a new order for the one you’d like.

Refunds
After your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you right away.
If approved, your refund (minus the return shipping cost) will go back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If it’s been more than 15 business days since approval and you haven’t received your refund, please reach out at support@optimisticgiftsco.com — we’ll take care of it.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For customers in the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery — for any reason and without justification.
Items must be unused, with tags and original packaging, and include your receipt or proof of purchase.
